Ingredients
Base
1x packet Wine Biscuits
250g Butter
Filling
250g Cream Cheese
250g Sour Cream
1x 500g tin Crushed Pineapple
1/3 cup Castor Sugar
Squirt of Lemon Juice
Topping
150ml Wild Appetite Tropical Sensation Dessert Topping
Gelatine
Method
Base
Crush biscuits well. Melt butter. Combine in a bowl.
Press into a round springform tin.
Pop into fridge while preparing filling.
Filling
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice. Beat well.
Drain crushed pineapple and fold through mixture.
Add filling evenly to base.
Topping
Dissolve 1x teaspoon of gelatine in water and add to Tropical Sensation dessert topping. Spread topping over cheesecake.
Pop into fridge for 1-2 hours then remove from tin.
Serve with lashings of whipped cream & drizzle over more Tropical Sensation dessert topping to finish.
